Recently, we were given the opportunity to attend this inspiring awareness event, where players, families, supporters and organisers came together with one shared goal: to stand together in the fight against cancer. It was genuinely impressive to see how people from different backgrounds naturally connected through compassion, support and solidarity.

Moments like this show how powerful sport can be, even beyond the playing field. Baseball, but also softball, became a way to bring people together, spark conversations and support a cause that touches so many lives. Throughout the entire event, there was a strong sense of togetherness — not only during the games, but also in every interaction between participants, families, volunteers and visitors.
