Rental and notice period
Nexpace is flexible. Entrepreneurs can rent from us for an indefinite period with a notice period of 3 months (the minimum rental term is 6 months). If you want more certainty, a longer rental term can be discussed. Renting for a shorter period? Take a look at our day offices. Or get in touch with us if you have another preference.

Office fit-out
The rented space can be delivered turn-key, including office furniture. As all rooms are already fitted with flooring, the office spaces can be put into use immediately. Desks and chairs are already in place. You only need to add your personal touch.
